Levels 6 and 7 of 135 King Street needed to be converted into tenant-ready suites while also meeting current DDA accessibility standards across the common areas and lift lobbies. Sense was engaged under a Design and Construct contract to deliver the full scope, including three new suites, one dedicated to Investa Management, and modernised common areas.

DDA compliance was a key requirement across both levels. Sense delivered full compliance through the common area and lift lobby works, bringing the building up to current accessibility standards.

Spaces were handed over ready for occupation.
