Seven levels of 126 Phillip Street, an A-grade office building in Sydney’s CBD, were fitted out as speculative suites for Investa, totalling 4,700m² across Levels 8, 11, 17, 19, 22, 29 and 30. Each level was delivered to a consistent commercial standard, ready for tenant occupation from day one.
Sense worked with Futurespace to design and deliver the fitout, which included reception areas, meeting rooms, a boardroom, a multimedia room, open-plan workstations, breakout spaces, a kitchen and a communications room across each level.
The spaces performed as intended. Leased within months of completion, Sense was subsequently engaged to complete the incoming tenants’ minor works.
