10-20 Bond Street had a programme of lift lobby upgrades and tenancy splits to work through across multiple floors, for both Mirvac as building owner and for the building’s tenants. Sense delivered the works across Levels 7, 20 and 27, coordinating directly with Mirvac’s building management team throughout.

The lift lobby upgrades brought a consistent standard to the common areas across each floor, improving the look and feel of the buildings progressively as each level was completed. Tenancy splits were managed floor by floor alongside live building operations, with sequencing planned at each stage to keep disruption to other occupants to a minimum.

The building was occupied throughout, which meant access, deliveries and trade scheduling all had to be managed carefully around the day-to-day operation of each floor. All lobby upgrades and tenancy splits were completed to Mirvac’s requirements without disruption to the broader building operations.
