Sense was engaged by Eastview Commercial on behalf of Investa to deliver a new end-of-trip facility at 400 George Street, an A-grade office building in Sydney’s CBD near Martin Place.
The existing Investa management office and CBD storage areas were fully demolished to create the new space. Works included new toilet cubicles, shower facilities, interlocking change rooms, lockers, timber benches, shelving, robe hooks, an airing cupboard, a fresh locker station, ironing board facilities and all associated services.
A dedicated cycle area was also constructed as part of the scope, including painted walkways, timber slat walls to the exterior, timber-slatted doors, cycle parking cradles and cycle parking slides.
