An existing car park at 135 King Street was converted into a complete end-of-trip facility, with a trafficable structure built above to maintain access to base building services. The new EOT included showers, toilets, change rooms, laundry facilities and lockers.
Plant rooms were also constructed as part of the scope to accommodate service upgrades for the building.
Construction was managed using a combination of after-hours and in-hours works, balancing programme delivery with the need to minimise disruption to tenants and building operations.
