20 Bond Street is a commercial tower in Sydney’s CBD, and Mirvac engaged Sense to deliver a tower-wide upgrade covering seven lift lobby refurbishments and six speculative suites across Levels 2, 8 and 13 to 17. The scope ran simultaneously across multiple floors, with lobby works and suite construction coordinated in parallel throughout.
The speculative suites were each built to different specifications and finishes, giving prospective tenants a genuine range of options across the building rather than a single repeated fitout. Each suite was designed to be ready for occupation on handover, with Mirvac able to present a variety of spaces to the market across multiple levels at once.
The lift lobby refurbishments were carried out progressively across the relevant floors, bringing a consistent standard to the building’s common areas that complemented the new suites. Delivering lobby upgrades within an occupied commercial tower required all works to be carefully scheduled around building access, with deliveries, hoisting and trades managed to avoid disruption to existing tenants throughout.
Both the suites and the lobbies were sequenced and handed over to Mirvac’s requirements across all seven levels.
