Angel Place at 123 Pitt Street is one of Sydney CBD’s well-regarded commercial addresses. Level 28 has the natural light and city views that prospective tenants respond to, and Mirvac engaged Sense to design and deliver a fitout that made the most of what the floor had to offer.
The suite was laid out to give future occupants genuine options. Multiple meeting rooms and quiet rooms sit alongside open settings, so the space works whether a tenant wants a more traditional office environment or something more varied.
Working on Level 28 of an occupied commercial building meant coordinating deliveries, access and trades within the constraints of a busy CBD tower. All works were managed to avoid disruption to other floors and building users throughout.
The suite was completed to a high commercial standard and handed over fully ready for occupation, with all services installed and the space finished to attract the type of tenants 123 Pitt Street draws.
