Sense Projects were engaged by Ronali to complete their change of use project to a brand new office space.

The project involved a separating one tenancy into to two separate spaces with new kitchens and amenities to suit the two new incoming tenants. This also included upgrading the existing lift to suit the new scope of works.

One of the key factors of this make good was the structural upgrade that was required to enhance the existing timber elements whilst maintaining an industrial contemporary feel throughout the fitout
