Sense Projects were engaged to undertake a new scheme of refurbishment for the owner of MLC to the high rise of the iconic MLC Centre. Works included stone to the wall and floor to the lift lobby and the same stone carried through to the bathroom vanities.

All works finishes and works were completed to a super high end quality and it showed as the space was leased immediately. The tenancy space ceiling was remove and all services were modified to suit.
