The principles of our Integration Management System – IMS is to provide quality to each and every project. The system provides our team with a framework to strategically manage projects and the platform to ensure everything is completed to required expectations successfully. The IMS sets out the Sense Projects business policy, organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, related authorities and associated resources to ensure a stable project implementation. Our IMS manual defines the practices to be adopted by Sense Projects, its employees and subcontractors in managing their construction activities and related works. These certification includes:
