PROJECT OVERVIEW

Sense Projects worked with Futurespace to create a speculative fit-out for Investa in one of their A Grade buildings at 126 Phillip St Sydney. The fit-out was designed to appeal to high-end clients and included a reception, meeting rooms, boardroom, multimedia room, open plan workstations, breakout, kitchen and comms room.

It certainly delivered and the space was leased within months. Sense Projects were then engaged to complete the incoming tenants minor works
