Corval

The project involved demolishing and reconstructing multiple levels to a high-quality warm shell finish, and modifying the fit-out on level 3. The ceilings featured unique metal pressed tiles without a visible grid, supported by a carrier bar frame.

Following issues with delays on a previous façade upgrade, Corval’s phase of the internal upgrade was completed to a high standard, without delays or additional costs, restoring the client’s confidence in the construction process.

With no loading dock or goods lift, demolishing seven levels in a tenanted building was challenging. We managed without disturbing tenants and scheduled noisy work outside normal hours. Custom ceiling tiles required precise planning and exact set-out to ensure they fit perfectly upon installation, with no tolerance for error.
