PROJECT OVERVIEW

Zone Q’s newly acquired  building at 55 Clarence Street, Sydney was to set to receive an upgrade to the bathrooms and lobbies as part of the repositioning of the building. Sense Projects worked with Artifex Property, TSA and Gray Puksand to deliver the rollout on Level 4 and a complete make good was carried out on a number of other levels.

The terrazzo tiling and fluted glass gave the finish an air of extravagance. A project that all involved were proud of.
