Sense Projects worked with SAS and Aver to completely transform and upgrade 2,300sqm of office space. The drivers behind SAS’s workplace upgrade was to improve amenity and create a more inviting workplace for people to work and collaborate. The new space was designed to house approximately 200 workers across two and half floors.

The new work zones included, desking, offices, meeting and quiet spaces, open and closed collaborative spaces, breakout and training zones. Sense Projects were also appointed to upgrade the base building amenity which included an end of trip facility, bathroom facilities and outdoor shade structure.
