Sense successfully delivered the full-floor fitout for Samuel Terry Asset Management (STAM) at Level 6, establishing a functional and flexible workspace tailored to multiple tenants.

As head lessor of the entire floorplate, STAM now occupies a secure 150sqm tenancy on the eastern side of the floor. Their space includes an 8 – 10 person boardroom, one private office with flexibility for a second or a small meeting room, two quiet rooms, and six open-plan workstations – providing a total of 10 dedicated work points.

180sqm was transformed into a co-shared workspace, featuring 12 open-plan workstations, quiet booths, a shared breakout area, and a flexible meeting room accessible to all tenants.

The team worked within tight timelines to meet STAM’s lease deadline, ensuring a seamless relocation from their previous Paddington office by 1st February 2025. Selected existing furniture items were integrated into the new fitout to maintain sustainability and reduce waste.
