PROJECT OVERVIEW

With their lease expiry fast approaching, a timely fitout for Performance Educations new Kent Street premises was absolutely critical. Sense Projects took a hands-on and energetic approach from the very beginning, communication was key at all stages of the project, we were very proactive with ideas and resolving problems.

The project aimed to create a modern and appealing learning centre for students in the heart of the city. The new fit-out involved new paint finishes, feature wall finishes, feature carpet tiles, reception area upgrade, new corporate signage, open plan work area, student breakout areas, and services alterations to suite new fitout. The fitout was achieved within the client’s desired time frame and budget.

The project ran smoothly and was well coordinated right through to client move-in due to Sense Projects insight and experience.
