Sense Projects were engaged by Mirvac to complete the Lobby and Café Refurbishment at 40 Miller Street North Sydney.

The Project consisted of demolishing the existing lobby and retiling whilst the lobby was still operational. The key components of the project were the feature timber throughout and joinery which highlights the increasing population of the Sydney and the glass artwork and stone which highlights Sydney’s growth and origin

The café refurbishment that flows on from the lobby was also completed at the same time to suit a future incoming hospitality tenant
