Executed an extensive building upgrade across 4 levels, including demolition, base building upgrades, and speculative fit-outs. Upgrades included an End Of Trip Facility in the basement, a lift lobby and amenities on the ground floor, and lift lobby upgrades, new amenities, and speculative fit-outs on Levels 1 and 11, all while tenanted.
