Sense Projects won the Tender for the refurbishment of tenancy and base building areas of levels 19 & 20 and the upgrade of Levels 9, 13, 14 & 20 Male & Female Toilets and Shower Rooms. The works included the removal of previous tenant’s fitout and upgrade of finishes and services to meet base building layout. The upgrade of 4 floors of male and female bathrooms including new toilet partitions, floor and wall tiling, mirrors, joinery and fittings & fixtures. The works also included the conversion of the base building tea rooms to a shower room on 4 levels.

Sense Projects undertook the refurbishment with consideration given to the fact that levels 9, 1-17, and 19 were tenanted which meant limiting noisy works or painting to be completed after hours. Access to tenancy areas above or below the floor being worked on was also to be completed after hours. The project required meticulous programming of the works and extensive tenant liaison to establish the extent of temporary works, out of hours working and staging so as not to disrupt the normal operations of the tenanted floors.
