PROJECT OVERVIEW

Sense Projects was engaged by Investa to undertake refurbishment works at Deutsche Bank Place which is a premium asset designed by world-renowned architect Sir Norman Foster at 126 Phillip Street. Deutsche Bank wanted to surrender level 8 to the building owners, Investa Property. Investa instructed Sense to complete the immediate make good of the floor back to the base building standard. The works entailed the demolition of the existing tenancy, the make good of the tenancy including replacement of the carpet, ceilings and troffer lighting to replicate the base building design as well as the infill of the inter-tenancy stairs. The stairs had coloured polyurethane MDF wall panelling which needed to be removed and replicated on level 9, as the base of level 9 needed to match the current base stair design of level 8.

In addition to the above Sense Projects completed various make good works and service upgrades within 126 Phillip Street, which have taken place over a number of projects. The works included tenancy make goods, construction of inter-tenancy walls, stair removals, void infills, void creations and stair installations
