CDPQ is a world-class investment company, that resides in Investa’s premium asset at 126 Philip Street, Sydney.  The building and company aspire to high end and quality outcomes, thus including the detailed and lux workplace Sense constructed for the client. CDPQ has a strong international brand to adhere to, this posed time difference challenges when it came to decision making and communication. Sense was diligent and organised to ensure the international time difference didn’t cause any delays, we managed the client’s global expectations, on time and within their required budget.

The scope included high-end materials with lux marble flooring and detailed joinery in the Front of House reception. Offices and meeting rooms were installed with comprehensive acoustic treatment and particular AV systems that enabled a seamless global solution.
