Sense Projects were approached by Project Strategies, a Queensland based project management firm to complete a Make-Good of 2 Floors on behalf of the building owner, CBIC. Due to the distance of this relationship, Sense Projects needed to ensure that the key project stakeholders, being; Projects Managers, Client, Building Managers and Existing Tenants relationships were paramount.

The project was delivered to a high quality due to the continuous and open lines of communications between the Brisbane and Sydney team.

The exceptional service through project delivery and stakeholder management, Sense were invited back to complete the staged upgrades of the existing Lobbies & Bathrooms on other floors. As part of this Sense also completed the refurbishment of the Ground Floor Lobby which saw the overall building being refreshed to appeal to the increasing popularity of the Parramatta CBD.
