PROJECT OVERVIEW

This was an integrated make good, upgrade and fit-out within a tight time frame. The fit-out included a large marble top reception desk, timber veneer and polished metal finishes. All front of house meeting rooms and reception were built using double glazed operable wall panels, allowing the space to be completely opened up to utilize the space for multiple functions. 

The back of house work included a large breakout, offices, comms rooms, meeting rooms and workstations. The clients partnered closely with Sense to meet the required tight program.
