This building is in the heart of Sydney, with a shared basement facility with large retailers based in Pitt Street Mall and the office tower above. A very busy and live site. The End of Trip facility is located in the loading dock of 135 King Street. The services required for the EOT was installed to the level below, in a purposely built plantroom to accommodate all required services. As the EOT facility is built in an area that requires access to existing services above the new facility, a structural steel trafficable planform was built to cover the whole facility, enabling access for maintenance at all times. A project that was completed on time and to budget, without disruption to the buildings operation. Another successful EOT facility completed by Sense Projects.
