The upgrade of this busy Ground Floor Foyer involved the refurbishment of the existing ground floor entry foyer within a fully occupied building. Works included the re-cladding of all the lobby walls, lift façade & interior of lifts with Metallic Alucabond Cladding Panels, the installation of a custom made Limestone Moov Panel System Mounted at the entry, and the installation of  a new feature wall with recessed AV information. Sense Projects worked closely with the Supplier, Architect & Client to attain a buildable solution, whilst providing a high quality finish. Artwork and furniture were added to create a new feel.

The main challenge for Sense Projects with this project was the requirement to complete all works outside of normal working hours to ensure that the existing tenants were not affected by the works. Communication between Sense Projects and the client was the key to this project being successfully completed. A detailed construction program was provided to ensure that the client was fully aware of each nights proposed work and the site was left in a clean & safe manner at the end of each shift so as to not compromise the tenants during the day.
