Sense Projects won this competitive tender for the office and lift lobby (including design and construction of an accessible bathroom & shower) make good and refurbishment to Levels 2 &3, 55 Clarence Street, Sydney as well as the make good, refurbishment and partial fit out of the L8 Suite whilst undertaking concurrently with the Level 2 and 3 works. Works included general make good & new fitout works to Level 2 & 3 including Landlord Refurbishment requirements. Works included but not limited to the refurbishment of all ceilings, wall finishes, floor finishes, FF&E, Signage, Blinds, and the full refurbishment of the bathrooms. All services were designed to fully meet (and be coordinated with) the requirements of the architectural scope of works design, in particular the accessible bathroom and shower.

The Level 2 & Part Level 8 Fitout works included new reception area and kitchenette; open plan office layout with ‘pod’ of bench style workstations and meeting room. As the fitout was integrated into Level 2 & 3 base build refurbishment, the landlords particular requirements for security, services and finishes provisions were incorporated early and Sense ensured the most cost-efficient procurement. The result is an open, light and bright space with a central meeting and client-facing area that leads onto the breakout area
