BRETT EICHHORN is one of the founding Directors of Sense Projects. He started in the construction industry with Lend Lease back in 1990. Since then he has worked in Project Management and Site Management within the industry and has been involved in a range of projects valued up to $30M. As a Director, Brett’s role is to oversee all projects that Sense Projects deliver. This involves the overall planning, coordination, programing, risk management and financial control of a project from beginning to completion. His career experience, comprehensive knowledge and project management ability is invaluable for Sense Projects and Project Teams. Brett shares the responsibility of the design, development and implementation of all Sense Projects administrative, financial and quality assurance systems.
KRISTIAN KELLY holds a degree in Construction Management and has managed many fitout projects throughout all industry areas including the Commercial, Retail & Hotel sectors. His strength in communication, attention to detail and organisational skills make him an effective Project Manager. Kristian is one of the founding Directors of Sense Projects and his primary role is as the Estimating Manager and is directly responsible for the success of every tender bid. He shares the responsibility of the design, development and implementation of all Sense Projects administrative, financial and quality assurance systems.
PROJECT TEAMS: At Sense Projects we understand that the selected Project Team is fundamental to the success of the project. Therefore, a dedicated project team made up of a Project Manager, Site Manager and Project Coordinator is established for every project. Each team is selected based on suitability and experience to match the type of project. And as such, we have a number of key employees on hand that are suited to specific projects. All of our project teams have earned the respect of Contractors, Consultants & Clients a like.
